LM-AMHS System

LM-AMHS mainly includes two products: RTD (Real Time Dispatching) and MCS (Material Control System). It is a control system that is responsible for generating a plan

 according to the corresponding instructions, and transporting materials from the beginning of the material to the end of the material. The system's complete instruction

 tracking and convenient log query can quickly locate abnormal points. Mature modular configuration application, only appropriate configuration is required to realize the 

scene application of automatic production handling.

Product features:

◆ Hardware information configuration: configuration and management of peripheral hardware information such as call box, lifter, stocker, charging pile, etc.;

◆ AGV management: implement path (secondary) planning, traffic management, basic information configuration management, etc. for AGV;

◆ Map editing: the operation characteristics of the industrial site are presented in the system, and the AGV can find the point correctly;

◆ Real-time Kanban: real-time status display and task display for peripheral hardware and AGV, and manual task issuance for control hardware;

◆ Cache instruction management: the operation of querying, aborting and advancing the current executed instruction and the instruction to be executed.
